If you're ready for a quote, the form is quicker. If you have a question first — about crates, about what happens to your surplus, about the claims we don't make — this is the place.
The most useful first email says where you're moving from and to, roughly what size the property is, and whether your dates are fixed or flexible. That last one changes the answer more than anything else.
Response
We read everything that comes in and reply by email once we've been through it — normally within a working day or two. If your move is time-critical, say so and we'll treat it that way.
